It's almost done. For the floor, I used some of the saltillo tile that we had saved when we took it out of the house. I just need to cut some pieces for around the edges and the floor will be done. Tom had to go out of town, so when he gets back, we'll put metal siding on the roof and walls. Then it will be ready for chickens!

Hey..that looks good!..the coops look backwards though.
Be sure the floors are good and tight so nothing can "dig" under the house.
It's 65 and very windy..I'm lovin' this weather!
53 degrees here and wildly windy. I hate it. But at least the rain is gone for now. We had about three inches this week and over five when y'all were here. It's nice that I haven't had to water the garden or the new trees and our pond is looking good.
Well, Just got my e-mail back for most of the day. Don't know why.
The chicken coop looks great. fancy. Never saw a chicken coop with a storm door and windows.
Them thar chicks will be movin' on up to the better side of town,or life. Only thing 'bout a glass door, the cayotes can look in and see their victim.
mom
...and the chickens will say, "My what big teeth you have!"
I could make curtains.
Curtains?! Are you kidding me? Seems like the chickens would try to pull them down
Heh. Yes, I'm kidding.
