I haven't been posting much all through 2012 and not at all in the past month or so. Those of you who know me personally know that my year has been kind of crazy and this past month the craziest. Not only crazy, but horrible.
I'm not going to get into the gory details, but some of you may remember my post back in February of 2011 about my grandson, Liam's, first visit to our farm ( http://tilemosaics.blogspot.com/2011/02/farmer-liam.html ). The fact of the matter is that his mother had just abandoned him and left him with his father, our son, who moved in with us a year ago so that I could help him with Liam while he worked.
Then, after two years, the mother came back onto the scene, deciding she wants some custody.
In a nutshell, that's it and that's what we've been dealing with since right before the holidays. Because of the extreme distress, I simply have not felt like writing anything at all. A sort of "writer's block", if you will.
But, I might have a few things to say in the coming days.
I ask for those of you who pray, to please do so in behalf of our sweet little guy. Pray for all parties to put our selfish wants and needs aside and do what is best for only him and not for ourselves. And pray for his peace, health, safety, and comfort.
Thanks to all of you out there in cyberland who are, inexplicably, interested in reading what I have to say.

Praying for everyone involved..and cant' wait to see all new things happening at the farm!
Not sure if it'll be much consolation. But know that you are not alone. Can't tell if it's in the water, the moon, the stars... the flu shots? Who knows? But November and December were extremely rough for my husband and I, as well. In fact, we didn't even decorate or get into Christmas this year, beyond giving time for thinking about Jesus. I got my gut full. Annointed our home and stepped into Spiritual Warfare. It's worked before and it's working now. There's been too many times in my life when God has been my only confidant. But there's nothing on this planet that compares!
Thanks y'all.
